To ask the Scottish Executive what funding it will provide for (a) start-up costs, (b) running costs and (c) an awareness campaign in respect of the anti-sectarianism body, Football for All.
Answer
The Scottish Executive has agreedto provide up to £65,000 in start up costs to Football for All during 2006-07,subject to the agreement of the grant offer by Football for All.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether minibuses and vehicles providing airport-to-hotel or other door-to-door services could be required to provide disabled access under local authority licensing powers.
Answer
Local authorities havediscretionary powers under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 todetermine the specification of vehicles which they will license as a taxi orprivate hire car having regard to the type, size and design of the vehicle andwhether it is safe for use. The Scottish Executive has encouraged local authoritiesto use those discretionary powers to improve the accessibility of taxis todisabled people.

To ask the Scottish Executive how many offenders placed on the sex offenders’ register have been missing and untraced in each month since 2003.
Answer
As I stated in my response tothe answer to question S2W-28942 on 18 October 2006,this information is not held centrally. Thenumber of sex offenders on the register who are unaccounted for and being soughtchanges on an almost hourly basis due to the nature of proactive policing effortsto trace them. This will now include posting the details of certain high risk offenderson the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre website.
