To ask the Scottish Executive how many fiscal fines were (a) offered and (b) accepted in the Cumbernauld and Kilsyth constituency in each of the last 12 months.
Answer
The latest available information shows that there were 2,973 fiscal fines offered and 2,014 fiscal fines accepted in North Lanarkshire in 2000-01. Breakdowns by constituency and by month are not available.
