To ask the Scottish Executive what the percentage take-up has been in the NHS Tayside area of the invitation to attend bowel cancer screening since the Scottish Bowel Screening Programme was introduced, also broken down by gender.

There is no published data for the Scottish Bowel Screening programme, as yet.
Data on the Scottish Bowel Screening Pilot was published in August 2008 via the Information Services Division (ISD) website on www.isdscotland.org/isd/5728.html.

To ask the Scottish Executive how many full-time university students in (a) Dundee City and (b) Angus council areas have been in receipt of bursaries in each of the last three years.
Answer
The following table presents the number of full-time university students domiciled in Dundee City and Angus local authority areas who were in receipt of bursary support from the Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS) in academic years 2005-06 to 2007-08. The total number of Scottish domiciled full-time university students in receipt of bursaries in each academic year is also shown.

To ask the Scottish Executive how many people had a charge proved in a court in Tayside under the Emergency Workers (Scotland) Act 2005 in 2007-08.
Answer
Court Proceedings data for 2007-08 is not yet available; it is due to be published in April 2009.
Data from the Scottish Government Court Proceedings database for the latest year available, 2006-07, shows that there were six persons with a charge proved in Tayside under the Emergency Workers (Scotland) Act 2005, where this was the main offence.
