Parliamentary questions can be asked by any MSP to the Scottish Government or the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. The questions provide a means for MSPs to get factual and statistical information.

To ask the Scottish Government whether the senior leaders who will "take responsibility for driving the necessary changes and reporting on progress" of the implementation of the Medication Assisted Treatment Standards, as announced by the Minister for Drugs Policy to the Parliament on 23 June 2022, have now been appointed by local authority chief executives and chief officers, and whether it will publish the name and position of each local authority's responsible senior leader.

To ask the Scottish Government, in light of the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service's target to conduct its investigation and advise the next of kin of the outcome within 12 weeks of the initial report of the death in at least 80% of cases following a sudden or unexplained death, what (a) percentage and (b) number of final post mortem reports were not issued within 12 weeks in (i) 2021 and (ii) 2022 to date.

To ask the Scottish Government for what reason the drug, zanubrutinib, which can be used to treat people with Waldenström's macroglobulinaemia, which is a form of blood cancer and lymphoma, has reportedly been approved for use in England and Wales but not in Scotland, and whether approval of its use in Scotland will be reconsidered.
