Good afternoon. I welcome everyone to the first meeting of the new term. I hope that you had a good break. Mike Russell and Karen Gillon will be late but we expect them to be here in half an hour. It will be obvious to members that we are being used as guinea pigs—this room is being televised for the first time. We will see how that goes.
