Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2009 <br />(SSI 2009/74)

Good afternoon. Welcome to the 10th meeting this year of the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee. I remind everybody that mobile devices should be switched off.

We have two items on the agenda, the first of which is subordinate legislation. The Subordinate Legislation Committee had no comments to make on the amendment regulations and no motions to annul have been lodged. As members have no comments, are we agreed that we do not wish to make any recommendation in relation to the regulations?

Members indicated agreement.

As previously agreed, we will now move into private session to consider our report on the Climate Change (Scotland) Bill.
