I welcome everyone to the very formal surroundings of the chamber. Most people here will know me, but I would like to begin by introducing myself to the members of the public in the gallery who are here to listen to our proceedings. My name is Margaret Curran and I am the convener of the Social Inclusion, Housing and Voluntary Sector Committee.
