Decisions on Taking Business in Private

Good morning everyone and welcome to the second meeting of the Equal Opportunities Committee in 2010. I remind all those present—including members—that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off completely, as they interfere with the sound system even if they are switched to silent.

We have received apologies from Willie Coffey MSP. I welcome as his substitute Shirley-Anne Somerville MSP.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to consider our work programme in private at a future meeting. Is that agreed?

Members indicated agreement.

Item 2 is a decision on whether consideration of a draft report on sexualised imagery in goods aimed at children should be taken in private at the end of this meeting. Is that agreed?
