The Convener:

For item 2, the committee must consider one emergency affirmative instrument and two negative instruments. The emergency affirmative instrument is the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No 4) (Scotland) Order 2002, for which Mary Mulligan is present with Martin Reid. Does Mary Mulligan wish to comment on the order?

I am happy to answer any questions. If there are no questions, I will move the motion.

The Subordinate Legislation Committee had nothing to report and no members' comments have been received. As members have no questions, the minister may move the motion.

Motion moved,

That the Health and Community Care Committee, in consideration of the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No 4) (Scotland) Order 2002 (SSI 2002/231), recommends that the Order be approved.—[Mrs Mary Mulligan.]

Motion agreed to.

I thank the minister for attending.
