I ask members to agree that, at our meeting on 19 December, we will consider in private our draft stage 1 report on the general principles of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Bill. I ask members also to agree that, at future meetings, we will consider in private lines of questioning in our inquiry into the regulation of the legal profession. Is that agreed?

Our next item of business, which is consideration of our work programme, will be conducted in private. I ask members of the public to leave.
