We will get the show on the road. I remind everyone to switch off mobile phones. We have received apologies from Stewart Maxwell, who is elsewhere on parliamentary business. I welcome Aileen Campbell, who is attending as his substitute.
We have one agenda item—consideration of a negative instrument—to deal with in public. I draw members’ attention to the Scottish statutory instrument and its cover note, which is paper J/S3/10/6/1. The Subordinate Legislation Committee drew no matters to the Parliament’s attention in relation to the order. If members have no comments, are we content to note the order?

The order is noted.
