Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Duncan McNeil):

Good morning and welcome to the 25th meeting in 2009 of the Local Government and Communities Committee. I ask members and the public to turn off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys.

Do members agree to take in private item 5, which is consideration of the committee's approach to the scrutiny of the Home Owner and Debtor Protection (Scotland) Bill?
