Scottish National Investment Bank Stage 1 Report - Conclusions
The Committee welcomes the Cabinet Secretary’s stated intention that the mission-orientated approach will indeed be central to the ethos of the Bank, will absorb and direct its energy and resources, and will ensure the focus of its work.
