That the Parliament congratulates Cove Park, which is near Helensburgh, on its 21st anniversary; understands that it was opened in 1999 by Eileen and Peter Jacobs as a residency programme for artists and creative individuals, collaborative groups and collectives; celebrates that, over the last 21 years, it has welcomed over 4,000 artists, makers, writers, curators, musicians, performers, translators, filmmakers and producers; further celebrates that many world-class individuals have spent time at the facility, including the author, Margaret Atwood; thanks Cove Park for the work that it has done engaging with the area's communities and its launching of numerous community-based art and educational initiatives; notes that it offers a number of free workshops that are much loved by locals and visitors alike, and wishes Cove Park every success for the next 21 years and beyond.
