That the Parliament congratulates Mandy Carrington, who recently retired after spending 50 years as a nurse and midwife within neonatal clinics; recognises what it sees as the incredible commitment Mandy has shown in her service to the NHS; understands that her colleagues estimate that Mandy has cared for 50,000 newborns over her career; believes that Mandy should be hailed for her long career with the health service and that she showed great care for future generations, and sends her best wishes for her well-earned retirement.
