Good morning, and welcome to the 26th meeting in 2019 of the Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee. I ask everyone present to turn their electronic devices to silent, please.
Apologies have been received from Jackie Baillie. I welcome Rhoda Grant, who is here as a substitute member. As it is her first committee meeting in that capacity, I invite her to declare any relevant interests.
I do not think that I have any relevant interests, but I will mention that I am a member of Unison, which may have some impact on the work of the committee.
