That the Parliament congratulates Mike Strachan of Banchory on receiving a Perennial Champion Certificate for his fundraising efforts; recognises that Perennial is a charity that seeks to support gardeners, park keepers and outdoor workers when they fall on hard times; acknowledges that Mike worked in the gardens and local parks department for Banchory before becoming a full-time carer; commends his selflessness in raising funds for the charity to show appreciation for the work it did to support him and his family, and wishes him continued happiness in his gardening and fundraising work.
