1 in 10,000 Chance Foals Born in Insch

That the Parliament congratulates Alexandra Middler from Craigmancie Stud, near Insch, on the birth at the stud of twin foals; understands that the chances of a horse having twins is 1 in 10,000, with both foals making it to birth even more unlikely; acknowledges that both foals are doing well four days after birth, as is their mother, My Cashel Eile; recognises that the foals are sired by an award-winning Connemara stallion, Western Armada, and wishes the foals continued good health and happiness.
