That the Parliament congratulates members of the STEM Academy at Larbert High School on reaching the final of the Hydrogen Challenge Scotland, which will take place at COP26 in Glasgow; understands that the Hydrogen Challenge Scotland, which is run by Arcola Energy in partnership with Scottish Power and ITM Power, is directed at school pupils aged nine to 16 years, consists of workshops designed to inform and inspire the next generation of renewable energy engineers, and aims to guide them towards careers in engineering, environmental sciences and the development of cleaner, greener transport; further understands that the challenge includes an interschool regional and national contest where teams are asked to design the most energy efficient hydrogen-powered vehicle with custom made Lego kits and 2-watt hydrogen fuel cells, developed by Arcola Energy; recognises that Falkirk district was well represented at the regional final, with Braes High School listed in third place; wishes everyone involved at the STEM Academy at Larbert High School the very best for the final of the challenge, and looks forward to hearing of their experience at COP26.
