Tom Stoltman Wins the World’s Strongest Man Competition for the Third Time

That the Parliament congratulates Tom Stoltman, from Invergordon, on winning the title of World’s Strongest Man, for the third time in four years, ahead of 30 other competing athletes from 15 nations, including his brother, Luke Stoltman, who placed ninth at the 2024 competition, held in in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; understands that the competition, which started in 1977, attracts individuals from around the world to compete for the title and prize money; further understands that Tom Stoltman now holds this title for the third time, after winning in 2021 and 2022; acknowledges that Stoltman finished with a total of 53 points, 5.5 points ahead of second-placed Mitchell Hooper, the 2023 champion; recognises that Luke Stoltman, Tom's brother, came in ninth place only a few weeks after winning Europe's Strongest Man; further recognises that their shared YouTube channel, Stoltman Brothers, has nearly 250,000 subscribers who watch their fitness and gym content; applauds Tom Stoltman for using such platforms to raise awareness of autism and the role that it plays in his daily life and his successes, and sends best wishes to him and his brother for their participation in future competitions.
