Decision on Taking Business in Private
Good morning, and welcome to the 12th meeting in 2017 of the Social Security Committee. I remind everyone to turn off their mobile phones or switch them to silent mode so that they do not disrupt the meeting. Apologies have been received from Mark Griffin. I welcome Richard Leonard, who is a substitute member.
We will observe a minute’s silence at 11 am, as will others in the building, to mark the tragic events in Manchester.
