Deputy Convener
The next agenda item is to choose a new deputy convener. The Parliament has agreed that only members of the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party are eligible for nomination as deputy convener of the committee. I invite a member of that party to nominate one of their number for the post.
I nominate Finlay Carson.
Finlay Carson was chosen as deputy convener.
