Good morning. I welcome everyone to the sixth meeting of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee in 2024. I have received apologies from the convener, Martin Whitfield.
Our first item today is a declaration by a new member of any relevant interests. I welcome Jackie Dunbar as a new committee member. Jackie, do you have any relevant interests to declare?
At this point, the only thing to note from my entry in the register of members’ interests is that I was formerly a councillor at Aberdeen City Council, until May 2022. I believe that we will be discussing local elections in the future.
