I welcome everyone to the 33rd—and final—meeting in 2018 of the Equalities and Human Rights Committee. I ask everyone to please ensure that all electronic devices are on silent mode. We have received apologies from Gail Ross; I welcome Linda Fabiani, who is here in her place.
Agenda item 1 is a decision whether to take in private item 3, which is a discussion on the evidence that we will receive today from the Minister for Older People and Equalities on the 2019-20 budget. Do we agree to take the item in private?
