Decision on Taking Business in Private
I welcome members to the 32nd meeting in 2017 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. I have received apologies from Monica Lennon.
Item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. It is proposed that we take item 6 in private. That item is consideration of the committee’s response to the proposed draft Police Act 1997 and Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 Remedial Order 2018. Does the committee agree to take that item in private?
