Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, colleagues, and welcome to the 25th meeting in 2018 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. Graham Simpson, the committee’s convener, is attending to other parliamentary business this morning and is therefore unable to be with us. He sends his apologies. Bill Bowman, who is substituting for Graham Simpson, will join us very soon when the committee that he is attending finishes.

Under agenda item 1, it is proposed that the committee takes in private item 3, which is consideration of the evidence that we are about to hear on the United Kingdom Trade Bill. Does the committee agree to take item 3 in private?
