Good morning and welcome to the second meeting in 2017 of the Public Audit and Post-legislative Scrutiny Committee. I ask everyone to switch off their electronic devices, or switch them to silent mode, so that they do not affect the committee’s work.
Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to take business in private. Do members agree to take item 3 in private?
