Decision on Taking Business in Private

Feasgar math, a h-uile duine, agus fàilte. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the 13th meeting in 2018 of the Justice Sub-Committee on Policing. We have apologies from Daniel Johnson.

Today we will consider Police Scotland’s role in the immigration process. I refer members to paper 1, which is a note by the clerk, and paper 2, which is a private paper.

Have we dealt with agenda item 1?

I beg your pardon. We have not dealt with agenda item 1, which is to decide whether to take item 3, under which the sub-committee will consider its work programme, in private. It would help if I did not strike out things in the note that is in front of me. Do members agree to take item 3 in private?
