Food and Feed (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/372)

The final item on our public agenda is consideration of subordinate legislation. In this case, we will consider the negative instrument that we considered and sifted earlier this morning. We first considered the regulations on 24 November. We have had clarification from the Scottish Government of the matters raised by the committee, and this is our opportunity to consider the instrument in light of that response. As no member wishes to raise any issues, does the committee agree to make no recommendation on the instrument?
