Good morning, and welcome to the sixth meeting in 2020 of the Education and Skills Committee. I remind everyone to turn their mobile phones and other devices to silent mode for the duration of the meeting.
Our first agenda item is a declaration of interests by our new committee member. We welcome Alex Neil to the committee and I invite him to declare any relevant interests.
