Free eLearning to Support Businesses and Individuals During COVID-19 Outbreak

  • Submitted by: Mark McDonald, Aberdeen Donside, Independent.
  • Date lodged: Tuesday, 14 April 2020
  • Motion reference: S5M-21437

That the Parliament commends Aberdeen-based Mintra Group for introducing free eLearning courses to help companies and their employees stay safe during these uncertain times; applauds the availability of these informative resources free of charge; recognises that there is a lot of pressure on companies to keep employees safe while working from home; notes that these courses will help people who are new to working at home to create the same, healthy working environment that they would expect to have in the office; understands that the newly developed COVID-19 and infection control courses will help workers keep themselves and their families up to date on how they can best protect themselves against the virus, and thanks Mintra for its efforts to best educate people to stop the spread of the virus.
