Eco-congregations Scotland

That Parliament recognises the growing interest amongst church congregations in active engagement with the Eco-congregation Scotland initiative; commends all those local eco-groups that are making a difference in their communities; celebrates the success of those congregations that have achieved the Eco-congregations Scotland Gold Standard Award; congratulates all at Greenbank Church, Polwarth, Edinburgh, in their success in receiving the Gold Standard Award; welcomes its commitment to pursue policies on ethical procurement, including making improvements in building standards that meet higher ethical standards, and acknowledges the continuing commitment at Greenbank Church to engage with the wider community on Green issues and on COP26.
