That the Parliament recognises that community group, Aberdeen Street Friends, provides vital help to those who are homeless or in need; notes that the work of Aberdeen Street Friends helps people to survive throughout the year, especially through the winter months, and considers that this work would not be needed if Scotland had a more humane and compassionate social security, health, housing, and justice system; commends the work of every incredible volunteer who has helped deliver food, clothing, and toiletries to those who need them and in all weather, and believes that the volunteers' dedication to helping others is an inspiration to many throughout Aberdeen, in the north east, and across Scotland.
