HMS Spey, the Royal Navy's Newest Clyde-built Ship

That the Parliament welcomes the commissioning of HMS Spey to the Royal Navy on 18 June 2021 at its affiliated port of Invergordon; understands that the offshore patrol vessel was built by BAE Systems on the River Clyde and congratulates all involved with its design and build, and wishes every success to its skipper, Lieutenant Commander Ben Evans, and his crew.
