Glenrothes Strollers Ladies FC Celebrates Historic League Cup Final Win over Kirkcaldy's McDermid Ladies

That the Parliament celebrates Glenrothes Strollers Ladies FC's League Cup final win over Kirkcaldy’s McDermid Ladies; understands that both clubs are newly established football teams from the Fife region; notes that the Strollers achieved a 2-1 victory over their Fife rivals, McDermid Ladies, at Alloa Athletic’s Indodrill Stadium; considers that both young teams and coaches have worked very hard this season, and that the Glenrothes Strollers secured a win on the day against strong opponents in McDermid Ladies; hopes that everyone enjoyed the celebrations at the Station Hotel in Thornton after the game, and extends its very best wishes and good luck to both teams for continued success in the Scottish Women’s Football East League for the rest of the season and the future.
