Ann McCallum Citizen of the Year Award 2023

That the Parliament notes that Benarty Community Council recently presented the Ann McCallum Citizen of the Year Award for 2023; congratulates Wullie Stark on being named Citizen of the Year for 2023; understands that Wullie was recognised for his longstanding commitment to the local community as the local butcher, which he has recently retired from, and for continually supporting a range of community initiatives over recent years; commends Wullie for his dedication to the local community, and wishes him and his family all the very best for the future.
