Congratulating Blairgowrie and Rattray Award Winners

That the Parliament congratulates Connor Graham, a 16-year-old golfer from Blairgowrie and Rattray, on being awarded the Blairgowrie and Rattray Young Person of the Year in recognition of his dedication to, and passion for, the sport, his recent victory at the Scottish Open and the inspiration he provides to young people across the region; commends The Friendship Cafe on winning the Blairgowrie and Rattray Community Group of the Year for providing food, companionship and entertainment to approximately 80 people a week; extends its congratulations to Ian Richards, the Blairgowrie and Rattray Citizen of the Year, in acknowledgement of his indefatigable work over several years for multiple organisations, including the Blairgowrie and Rattray Community Council and the Blairgowrie and Rattray Access Network, and expresses sincere thanks for their collective contributions to the local community, as well as the team behind the awards for recognising and highlighting such community engagement and personal achievements.
