Commending the Work of Edinburgh Community Performing Arts

That the Parliament applauds Edinburgh Community Performing Arts (ECPA) for its efforts to provide open access to performing arts by giving free classes to sections of the community who need it most; recognises its work in assisting those who are experiencing loneliness from living in isolation, those with both mental and physical disabilities, and those from impoverished backgrounds; commends its focus on equalities, diversity and inclusion, and notes what it sees as the importance of the arts in building community, promoting mental and physical wellbeing, and fostering creativity.
