Eilidh Gammons Picks up Multiple Titles at Cowal Highland Gathering

That the Parliament congratulates Eilidh Gammons, aged 14, who is a pupil at the Margaret Rose School of Dance on being named Scottish champion, Scottish national champion, overall Scottish dancer with the most points and runner-up in the under-16 World Championships at the Cowal Gathering in Dunoon; believes that she is a fantastic role model for the other dancers at the Helensburgh-based dancing school; acknowledges that her sister, Catriona won the adult Argyllshire Championships at the same event; understands that there were further successes for the Margaret Rose School of Dance for 10-year-old, Naomi Sim and 13-year-old, Grace McGrath, and wishes the dancers and the school every success for the future.
