Epilepsy Consortium Scotland Report: Epilepsy Specialist Nurse Services During the COVID-19 Pandemic

That the Parliament notes the publication of the Epilepsy Consortium Scotland report into Epilepsy Specialist Nurse services during the COVID-19 pandemic; notes that around 55,000 people in Scotland have epilepsy; recognises what it sees as the vital role that Epilepsy Specialist Nurses (ESN) play in supporting people with their condition; pays tribute to the work done by ESNs during the pandemic; notes the finding that ESNs are facing increasing pressure and caseloads as a result of the pandemic; further notes the findings of the report, and supports action for more ESNs to help improve the lives and wellbeing of people with epilepsy in Scotland.
