Congratulating Angus Watson MBE

That the Parliament congratulates Mr Angus Watson of Dingwall, Ross-shire, on being named a Member of the British Empire (MBE) by Her Majesty the Queen in the Platinum Jubilee Honours for services to marine safety and to charity; notes that Mr Watson has had nearly 30 years of service to the RNLI as a volunteer and member of staff at the Invergordon Lifeboat Station; understands that he pioneered the production and development of all-weather-lifeboats for the RNLI, reportedly saving £10 million compared to the previous vessels; commends Mr Watson for all of his efforts, and sends very best wishes to him.
