That the Parliament congratulates Bonnyrigg Rose on winning the Lowland League and gaining promotion next session to the Scottish League 2; notes that Bonnyrigg Rose beat Cowdenbeath in the play-off final; considers that this is a fantastic achievement for the players, staff and supporters of Bonnyrigg, and hopes that they enjoy their first taste of being a SPFL club.
