As an amendment to motion S5M-23218 in the name of Murdo Fraser (Scottish Government Handling of Harassment Complaints), insert at end ", and further calls on the Scottish Government to expand the remit of the current Ministerial Code investigation, by directing James Hamilton QC, to ascertain whether the current First Minister misled Parliament at any point over the Scottish Government’s handling of complaints against Alex Salmond or the subsequent Judicial Review, under the terms of Section 1.3 (c) of the code."
