As an amendment to motion S4M-05186 in the name of Paul Wheelhouse (United Nations Climate Change Negotiations), leave out from "in order to" to "global challenge," and insert ", in light of the failure to meet the first greenhouse gas reduction target, the Scottish Government must take additional steps to make up ground, meet all future targets and maximise Scotland’s contribution to this most important global challenge and that".
