Question
To ask the Scottish Executive what is the average estimated cost of each job supported or created by Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Highland Council or European Union grants to the proposed funicular railway on Cairn Gorm.

This is an operational matter for Highlands and Islands Enterprise. I will ask the Chairman of that organisation to write to Mr Rumbles.
