Decision on Taking Business in Private
Good morning and welcome to the Justice Committee’s 28th meeting in 2018. We have received apologies from John Finnie and Shona Robison. George Adam is substituting for Shona Robison and we welcome him back to the committee.
Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. Item 5 is consideration of possible witnesses, and item 6 is consideration of a draft report. Are we agreed to take those items in private?
