At this point, I am minded to take a motion without notice, under rule 11.2.4 of standing orders, to bring forward decision time to now. I invite the Minister for Parliamentary Business to move such a motion.

On a point of order, Presiding Officer. I will be brief, but I seek your guidance on this. It seems to me that we are very thin on the ground in the chamber, particularly on the Conservative side. This erosion has been happening for a period of time. I seek your guidance on what the rules are about attending Parliament in person and remotely.
I thank Christine Grahame for her point. It is not a matter for the chair. [Interruption.] I invite the members on the front benches to stop exchanging views at this stage.
