Good morning, and welcome to the 13th meeting in 2023 of the Finance and Public Administration Committee. We have received apologies from the convener, so I will convene the meeting in his place.
We are joined by Keith Brown, who is attending the meeting as a substitute member in the convener’s absence. I am pleased to welcome Keith to the meeting, and I invite him to declare any relevant interests.
I am advised that I have no relevant interests in the register of members’ interests, but I note that I am a member of the local government pension scheme.
