Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone. I welcome everyone to the 24th meeting in 2019 of the Social Security Committee and remind everyone present to turn off mobile phones and other devices or put them to silent mode so that they do not disrupt the meeting. We have a couple of apologies this morning. Alison Johnstone and Mark Griffin cannot be with us, unfortunately, but some other members are hoping to be with us in the next wee while.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking an item in private. The committee is asked to agree to take item 3, which is consideration of evidence, in private. Is that agreed?
