The next item of business is consideration of two Parliamentary Bureau motions. I ask Joe FitzPatrick to move en bloc motion S5M-04162, on approval of a Scottish statutory instrument, and motion S5M-04163, on designation of a lead committee.

That the Parliament agrees that the Stop and Search Code of Practice (Appointed Day) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 [draft] be approved.
